The Strike King’s Loyalty Rewards Program (the "Program") is brought to you by Rather Outdoors Corp. ("we"). Participation in the Program is subject to these terms and conditions, the general Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy which are incorporated herein (collectively, the "Program Terms"). The benefits and rewards are provided in connection with purchases made while logged into your strikeking.com account (“Strike King’s Account”).
In order to participate as a Program Member (defined below) in the Program you must reside in the United States, and be 18 years of age or older with a Strike King’s Account in good standing. You may only have one Program account ("Program Account") and may not share memberships or have multiple memberships. However, there may be more than one Program Member in a household. Memberships cannot be merged or transferred. By participating in this Program, you are agreeing to these Program Terms. If you do not agree to these Program Terms, do not participate in the Program. All participants in the Program are "Program Members." A strikeking.com user may sign up for the Program at www.StrikeKing.com. By signing up for a Strike King’s Account, a strikeking.com user becomes a Program Member.
There are two (2) ways to join Loyalty Rewards and begin accumulating Points:
If you currently have a Strike King’s Account, you will automatically be enrolled into the Program, subject to these Program Terms.
If you currently do not have a Strike King’s Account, you may enroll into the Program by creating a Strike King’s Account. To create a Strike King’s Account, visit www.StrikeKing.com/en/register and select “create account.” Fill out the required form and select “Register.”
To be eligible to participate in the Program in accordance with these Program Terms, purchases from your Strike King’s Account must be shipped to a physical address in the United States (excluding Puerto Rico) or the US Virgin Islands.
The Program includes one type of rewards point (a “Reward Point” or “Point”). Reward Points are redeemable at certain thresholds for a discount on a lews.com purchase. Points have no cash value. Points are earned at the time an eligible lews.com transaction is processed by Strike King's against your payment method.
Points may only be earned on dollars spent before taxes and shipping fees on your total order price. Points are not awarded when using gift cards.
From time to time, Strike King's, or others acting with our permission, may offer you opportunities to earn additional "Bonus Rewards Points" through special promotions. Such as account set up, email sign up, refer a friend, etc. These promotional Bonus Rewards Points will be awarded as described in the applicable promotional offer and will be subject to any additional terms set forth in such promotional offer.
The following Strike King orders are not eligible to earn Rewards Points in the Program:
Purchases made outside of StrikeKing.com
Orders placed on clearance items
Orders outside of the United States and U.S. Virgin Islands
Points may be revoked when an order, for which Points were earned, is refunded. If you cancel or are refunded a purchase made on strikeking.com through your Strike King’s Account, Strike King's will deduct the Points that you earned for that purchase, potentially resulting in a negative Points balance on your Loyalty Rewards account. Points may be revoked where Strike King's believes in its discretion that Points were earned through or in connection with any fraud, abuse of the platform, duplication of accounts, or violation of Strike King's Terms of Use.
When a minimum of 100 Reward Points have been accrued by a Program Member, those 100 Reward Points may become convertible to $10 in Rewards and redeemed on eligible strikeking.com purchases placed at checkout. Rewards Points convert to the following tiers of Rewards.

You may redeem Rewards Points for Rewards using the Loyalty Rewards Dropdown at checkout:
Select the Rewards Dropdown at checkout and select desired redemption tier
Click “Apply” to exchange your points for a Rewards discount code
The Rewards discount code will be automatically applied to your order
If you do not complete your order and would like to use your Rewards discount code at another time, you can find the coupon by logging into your account and click "Loyalty Center".
You may not redeem Rewards on recurring subscription orders. Redemption of Rewards may be subject to additional terms and conditions, such as restrictions on use. The number of Reward Points required to redeem Rewards may be changed by Strike King at any time. Once Reward Points are redeemed for Rewards, they cannot be returned to your Program Account.
*Redeemed gift card balances will automatically be placed in the gift card section of your account.
Benefits for Program Members are privileges granted to Program Members ("Program Benefits"). There are no participation or membership fees associated with Loyalty Rewards. Program Benefits are granted at the discretion of Strike King , may change at any time, are not redeemable for cash, and have no cash value. Program Benefits, once obtained, can only be utilized in the United States.
Program Members can view their current Points balances, rewards, and benefits within their Strike King Account, located at StrikeKing.com/account. If you think your Points balance is incorrect, you must report your issue by contacting strikeking.com within thirty (30) days of any changes to your points balance. If Strike King agrees that a correction is needed, it may take up to four weeks. Failure to supply necessary documentation may result in an inability to award Points. For verification, you should retain all receipts and documentation until your Rewards Points are credited to your Strike King Account.
Reward Points are non-transferrable and expire (if not redeemed for a Reward) after twenty-four (24) months of inactivity. Inactivity means a failure by a Program Member to redeem or earn Reward Points for a consecutive twelve (12) month period. For example, if a Program Member earned Reward Points the month of January of 2021 but failed to further earn Reward Points or redeem Rewards Points for Rewards for twenty-four (24) months, those January of 2021 Rewards Points will expire on February 1, 2023.
Participation in the Program is a privilege granted to Program Members, and as such can be suspended, revoked, or terminated at any time by us for any reason. If your Program membership is terminated, all Points associated with your Program membership and any Program Benefits will be forfeited immediately upon termination. If your Program membership is terminated due to fraudulent activity or noncompliance with these Program Terms, in addition to forfeiting all Points and Program Benefits associated with your Program membership immediately, you cannot participate in or rejoin the Program.
We reserve the right to change or terminate the Program, or any part thereof, at any time without notice and without further obligations to Program Members, including, but not limited to modifications which: a) govern how Points are earned on and after the date of change; or b) change the value of rewards. No Points will be earned or redeemed after the effective date of termination. Any and all changes and/or amendments to these Program Terms will become binding upon all members immediately.
The Program is intended for personal use only. Commercial use is prohibited. The Program is not targeted towards, nor intended for use by, anyone under the age of 18. Strike King's Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Program Terms and also governs your participation in the Program. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how Strike King collects, uses and discloses information about customers, how to update or change your personal information, and how we communicate with you.
Strike King's rights and obligations under the Program may be assigned or transferred by Strike King to any other related or unrelated entity at any time, and performances shall be the responsibility of that entity.
All interpretations of these Program Terms will be at Strike King's sole discretion and Strike King's decisions will be final.
Any dispute arising from these Program Terms or your access to or participation in Loyalty Rewards will be governed by and construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of South Carolina, without regard to conflict of law rules or principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall have no applicability. Any dispute between the parties that is not subject to arbitration or cannot be heard in small claims court will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Richland County, South Carolina.
The Program and/or any of its features may be unavailable, inaccurate, or interrupted from time to time for a variety of reasons. We are not responsible for any unavailability, interruptions, or errors of the Program or its features. Strike King's is not responsible for unauthorized use of Rewards Points. If your Strike King's account is closed, you will lose all Rewards Points. Strike King may from time to time request information from you to confirm your identity before it will allow use of your Rewards Points. Strike King may delay your access to the Rewards Points until you comply with this information request. The Program and all the information accessible through it are provided for information purposes only on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We, our information providers and their agents make no warranties, representations, or guarantees of any Strike King, express or implied, including but not limited to, accuracy, currency, or completeness, the operation of the Program, the information, materials, content, availability, and products. All benefits and rewards made available under the Program, if any, are provided by Strike King and do not modify the contractual relationships among or between Program Members, the individuals and entities that purchase Strike King products to offer goods or services, and Strike King or any Strike King affiliates, except as expressly set forth herein. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
